Maybe by now we are becoming more familiar with riding the waves of uncertainty...
Personally i start liking these dynamics as it feels alive and vibrant, if i don`t try to hide, which doesn`t work anyway.
AND there are islands of stability within the waters of change for a while.
Then moving on.

Sometimes we face big challenges and get trapped in a state of victimhood. We’ve all been there, haven’t we? Feeling like victims of our circumstances.

When we find ourselves in this state, it helps to practice state-shifting. We need to remind ourselves that we don’t need to be victims of situations and states.

How to shift of this state:

> Briefly stop your activity and tap into your current state of body & mind.

> Feel what is happening in the moment, fully!

If you encounter something heavy, investigate if:

• You need to make a decision
• Find someone to talk to
• Make a change in your life

If no problem-solving is possible or wanted right now, choose to shift your energy. Direct your energy to something that can generate a more energetic, joyful state of mind!

What may serve as an entrance to a more energetic state of body/heart/mind for YOU?

> a moment of dance with your favorite music?

> a brief phone call with a good friend?

> meditation?

> shifting your attention to an internal or external resource?

This is what I love about Co-Active Coaching: it`s all about keeping our live energy moving! This includes stillness and calmness. It is the shifts of energy in a Coaching session which opens doors for learning and change.

We are nearing the end of Jan 2023 - how about your New Year’s Resolutions today? Have you managed to stick to your goal?

In the beginning of each year we usually feel the power of setting new intentions for the year to come.

How are you doing this? What is left of your resolutions today, in the third week of the year?

Have the common intentions of daily exercise, healthy eating, or no more procrastination, for example, already disolved?

How about your goals for your work life? Are they still just on paper or is something real happening?

Why do New Year`s resolutions often lose their strength & momentum very often after only a few weeks?

If we make our decisions - any decisions - based only on our intellectual evaluation, our subconscious saboteurs are very likely to appear with a grinning face and say
"Sorry, not happening!"

So, how could this work better?

🍃We need to take care of how we make decisions. Before setting up an action plan we need to feel our innermost intentions first - emotionally and also physically.

🍃Start implementing your plan consistently for at least 30 days for your whole organism to build up a new habit.

🍃Connect the felt sense of your new habit with doable action steps.

What is blurring our path?

Unfelt emotions are one of the reasons. If we allow emotions to flow freely through our being without being absorbed by them, we generate energy and light. Our path becomes colorful and clear.
