Serial entrepreneur and culinary visionary, Pietro Catalano, stands at the forefront of Lucerne's gourmet scene. Between 2018 and 2023, he successfully managed two restaurants nestled in the heart of the UNESCO Swiss Alps region. Under his expert leadership, both establishments in record time carved a niche on the prestigious Gault&Millau list.
Pietro recalls, "In the year 2018, in a quaint alpine hut in Switzerland, I felt a fervent spark within. It was this very moment that unveiled my genuine passion and laid bare my DNA as an autodidact chef. The kitchen transformed into my sanctuary, my canvas, where every dish painted a tale of my journey."
