The Night Kitchen was created from a love of baking all things sweet along side my other two sweet creations - my children. "In the Night Kitchen" was a favourite book of mine as a child and one that my daughter also grew to love. ates custom made cupcakes and cupcake towers (with 8" topper cakes) for any event or celebration such as, Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate events, Aperos, BBQs, Kindergarten and school parties. I am based in St Gallen and customers can choose to either pick up or have cupcakes delivered for an additional fee. The Night Kitchen also provides semi-private cupcakes workshops for those who have a 'sweet' passion to learn all about the perfect cupcake. The Night Kitchen is a registered business and it has been inspected by the Kanton St. My cakes are made from the highest of quality ingredients such as Callebaut couverture chocolate, Cacao Barry cocoa powder and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean extract and pastes. Pre-made or packet mixes are not used. With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry I also aim to offer premium customer service to all of my customers.
