Whether in the mountains, on his bike, or in the newest restaurants and bars - wherever you go, you will meet Amine, an enthusiastic all-rounder. Sport has always been an essential part of Amine's life. Whether hiking in the mountains, climbing, going on a bike tour, or playing football with friends - Amine is hard to tire of. He has even proven his skills in digital sports and enjoys spending some time on the PlayStation. However, he prefers to explore new restaurants and bars in neighboring cities, travel, and be inspired by new cultures and people.

Our host in Geneva, born in Strasbourg, has already experienced a lot in his young years. At the age of 17, he attended the Hôtelier Alexandre Dumans secondary school and successfully graduated as a after 4 years. There he learned the art of the , the bartender, the magic of gastronomy and table culture. Since then, he has traveled to luxurious palaces such as the Byblos in Saint Tropez and hotels such as the Grand Hôtel du Cap in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, enriching guests with his . His experience in the Geneva Basin, both at the luxury InterContinental hotel and the Mandarin Oriental, has been reflected in his and manner in our Westhive Geneva community for the past three months.

Together with Westhive, Amine is striving to gain prestige and importance in the Lancy-Pont-Rouge business district. He wants to offer excellent , the best , and the most successful . We are pleased to welcome Anthony Qu to our new team at Westhive Pont-Rouge. The 25-year-old from France already graduated in computer science in Paris at the age of 19. In recent years, he has applied and deepened his knowledge of network systems, security, and other IT specialties. When Anthony is not out with his dogs, he is playing soccer with his friends or pursuing his passion for music.

The enthusiastic amateur soccer player is looking forward to the exciting and new experience in Switzerland. He has been able to work with new technologies in the first three months at Westhive and has already expanded his skills and knowledge in this short time. Anthony is excited to see what else he can learn. Together with Westhive, he wants to grow, develop, and make a strong contribution to the company.

After over 15 years of experience in several areas of Human Resources (Talent acquisition, Learning, Development, Coaching, Culture and Organization) in international companies, I have founded my own company: Human Sparkle.

Daniel Racz is a mixed bag of chocolates. He is currently a business developer, a (startup) mentor, a soft skills trainer and the local president of an international non-profit. He focuses on getting the right things done with his experiences acquired from his own startup all the way to working at large corporates.

He joined Digital Thinkers early 2023 as responsible for the Swiss market. Digital Thinkers is a digital innovation agency with presence in Denmark, Netherlands, Australia, New York, London, Hungary and Switzerland. Since management has multiple serial entrepreneurs, their strength lies in leveraging best use cases from other markets/industries to offer meaningful product strategy/positioning guidance, user-centric design and high-quality software development. Next to web apps, mobile apps, etc., they also have AR/VR capabilities.

Besides the great community that Westhive offers, the vibe and collaborative atmosphere is what caught the attention of Daniel and the Digital Thinkers team. To this end, they will offer a workshop about use cases when to start/scale your startup with no-code/low-code solutions vs. putting in extra effort for more complex coding.

Surrounded by the vibrant and fun-loving Westhive community, he is driven by his desire for professional development. However, personal growth is also important to him, which is why he feels he's in the right place with us. Dean not only wants to benefit from Westhive but also actively contribute to the company's growth and enrich the company culture.
When our open-minded IT employee doesn't have a witty quip ready (which is almost never the case 😉), you can find him either in the gym or on the soccer field. However, if he feels the need to live out his creative side, he can be found as a DJ or designer for his fashion brand «Endlessscenes»
