What a year.
Or rather, what a…years!😵💫

10 years ago, exactly in October 2012, I decided to join a university course in sport science.
A choice that changed my life.

Moving here to Switzerland 🇨🇭, four years ago now, was not in my plans, but it was fundamental to achieving a radical change in the way I work.

Then, a year ago, I opened "𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴” and started working as a self-employed professional.
What a choice...😵💫
