In this facilitated drum circle we’ll dive into the world of rhythms and experience the unifying power of drumming in a playful way. The rhythms and "grooves" arise intuitively in the moment and out of the group. Sarah will be the «facilitator» and support the groups’ process with a variety of musical impulses and interventions. In this journey you will (re)discover your innate joy of playing and how fascinatingly simple and nourishing drumming in a circle can be... and how much fun it is!
