In this facilitated drum circle we’ll dive into the world of rhythms and experience the unifying power of drumming in a playful way.
The rhythms and "grooves" arise intuitively in the moment and out of the group. Sarah will be the «facilitator» and support the groups’ process with a variety of musical impulses and interventions.
In this journey you will (re)discover your innate joy of playing and how fascinatingly simple and nourishing drumming in a circle can be... and how much fun it is!
Open to all musical levels, no previous knowledge necessary). Feel free to bring your own drum/small percussion.

At Metanoia Markt Kids (4-10) are taken care of too, so you can fully enjoy the moment. During their stay, the children will be invited to enjoy Book Readings and Kamishibai (a story telling theatre). There will be plenty of room for the children's questions and thoughts, which can lead to a philosophical exchange and talking round. Books like The Rainbow Fish, Mats and the Magis Pebbles, Why, A new Story, The gift of Nothing, Little Dodo, The Fabuluous Discovery, The little Gardener, among others.
Sabrina and her team will make sure to bring great fun while you can enjoy our activities!

Sound healing is scientifically backed up by the field of vibro-acoustic therapy. Every musical tone vibrates at a different speed or frequency and this is measured in a unit called Hertz. A high-pitched tone has a higher frequency or vibrational speed while a lower tone vibrates slower and has a lower frequency.
We will have sessions from 11h-17h and you can combine your experience with the Live Act! Mataora Trio will perform a Sound Journey which the tickets is included in the Sound Healing Session.
