Enics has dedicated and self-driven engineers across all our sites. Today, let’s meet Matúš Mlynarčík, Product Engineer in Enics Slovakia.

🎯I joined Enics in 2015. My workday starts with a cup of coffee naturally. Then it comes production line check, some technical troubleshooting if needed, analyze customer´s proposals and change orders, join some meetings and calls and general engineering support. I have learned communication with people, critical thinking, all the processes connected to manufacturing of product, effective teamwork.

📌My team is incredibly supportive, friendly, and professional. Except the usual daily work, we often meet outside of workplace at various teambuilding. I like my supportive engineering team and team leader, challenges I face during workdays, possibility of gradual personal growth and last but not least, favorable working hours.

✔️Enics is a great employer that gives opportunity for young inexperienced people to gain experience and self-realization, which was exactly my case. Also, with good company culture and the way Enics values improving ideas.

🎯My work is versatile. I can communicate with engineers from foreign companies, develop production processes, solve ongoing production problems, and carry out different projects.

📌Our quality team is very cohesive and supportive. If someone has a problem that they can't solve, others are always willing to help. In our free time, we have held meetings and also trips.

🎯My work includes: improve test yields from human errors and driving manufacturing defects back to the respective departments. Work with CFT team to solve technical production, process and yield issues by leveraging problem solving frameworks. Support on NPI at manufacturing site, ensuring close alignment with CFT. Impart guidance and knowledge to junior engineers as a lead.

📌My team is with “Many voices, but one message”, and there’s strength in numbers and it’s much easier to move with my team in all matters, from making a decision/commitment until make it happen. We work together to achieve Enics vision and mission.

Working under pressure in supply chain function while still believe and see positive side in everything, get inspired by Hedi Jõgi, Customer Service and Planning Manager in Elva, Enics Estonia.

🎯In 2006, I started my career in Enics as a Goods Receiver in the warehouse. My career path has been developed excitingly via serval positions in the warehouse, in purchasing, and in customer support. I always find positive side from everything regardless of difficulties. I like that my work is challenging enough and that no two days are the same.

📌My team is very professional and cohesive. People are very supportive, helpful, and independent. This is a team you can go scouting with. I like the fact that there is such a synergy between our people that if there are problems, we find a solution very quickly. People help each other out.

🌟In my free time, I like going in the forest to enjoy the nature, go for a walk, pick berries, mushrooms, etc.

✔️I appreciate the open management culture in Enics. You can discuss and talk with people at different levels, the culture is not hierarchical. If you have a good idea, you will mostly be heard. There are many opportunities for development here, show initiative and you will be provided the opportunities. You can always be involved in different projects if you show interest.

🔥To succeed in Enics, you need to be fast, open-minded, have high tolerance for stress and be ready to go ahead with the changes.

From kindergartens to colleges, it is never too young to develop skills and understanding about electronics work.

On the World Youth Skills Day, let’s take a look at how Karin Andressoo, Trainer in Elva, Enics Estonia introduces electronics industry and promotes Enics among youth.

✔️As part of the Back-to-School program, I have been a guest teacher in various schools and kindergartens, talking about my work, our company and the electronics around us. In the older classes we have done hand soldering and in the younger classes we have made great pictures of scrap components (✨see the post picture).

✔️We are happy to host school visits in Elva and give them a tour and talk about our processes and services, and where our services will be applied and how they improve the world around us.

✔️We offer opportunity to Elva High School students who have chosen electronics as their selective study field to study with us.

✔️I also teach soldering technology classes at the Tartu Applied College for mechatronics students and participate in the student admission committee. Not only train their skills, but also build up long-term relationships.

✔️We offer training in hand soldering to Estonian Aviation Academy students, which they need for their field of study.

🎯Been working as a trainer for over 9 years, it's great to contribute to the local and not-so-local educational landscape and introduce young people to the interesting world of electronics. It gives me a lot of energy and a desire to be better tomorrow than I was yesterday.

Despite of critical component situation and all other challenges in purchasing, Homan Heydary returned to Enics family in July as Director, Purchasing, with trust in shared values and believe in our future.⬇️

🎯The opportunity to come back and apply the knowledge and experience I have gained since last I was part of the Enics family was really enticing, and I believe I will be able to adopt, adapt and improve the company for the better utilizing my experience to evolve both my-self and Enics.

From design to manufacturing, from quality to process, they strive daily for finding the best solutions. Karol Mõisavald, Key Account Quality Leader in Enics Estonia, is one example.

🎯My work is extremely varied and exciting. You never know what the new day will bring. I can apply various skills on a daily basis - from data processing on a computer to the use of measuring devices for product analysis.

📌I work in several different teams and all of them can be described in one word - cohesion. We are very active with our local team outside of work, organizing board game nights.

🌟In my free time I go folk dancing, which has been my hobby since the 4th grade. The rest of the time is spent on self-development and decorating a new home.

✔️Enics is definitely suitable for someone who enjoys a varied, fast and international job. Working in Enics both technology and people need to be understood. In particular, there is a need to acquire knowledge of existing production technologies, product designs and quality management systems. From there, it is necessary to understand that all this is done by humans, not robots. Communicating with both Enics employees and customers requires negotiation skills, a backbone but also understanding.
