Laura from and The Glocal have partnered together to offer a fantastic Monday evening.

Haven't you always wanted to try and painting but didn't want to invest in all the "stuff" only to find out you might not have an inner van Gogh or Monet? 🧐🖌

Come join our Workshop with Laura and see what creations your can produce during an evening of art therapy. 🫶

I will do a short tour of the 'Mandelhof' on Thursday 3rd October as part of the Cafe Interkulturell.

We're back!! After our summer break, we are excited to be back at the Ludothek in Cham on Tuesday 27th, from 9.30 - 10.30am for a fun hour, perfect for all pre-school aged children. TGA is looking for some extra volunteers to help run our Cham Story and Songs Sessions, and occasionally our Zug Library ones when needed. 🫶📖🎼

From around November/December, our wonderful Rhiannon will be going on leave and we want to ensure we can continue to run both sessions.

The right person for this volunteer position, is someone who loves to read stories to kids, sing some songs and help our group do a themed craft that matches the story of the week.
We welcome anyone who is available consistently on Tuesdays to contact us either via DM or email ([email protected]).📧

Niki and Rhiannon who have been running the groups will help you learn the ropes (and songs) and we encourage you to put your own spin on the session if you like!

This group is about connecting us all, entertaining the little ones for an hour and giving everyone some space to relax and regroup.

TGA has launched their Pregnant and New Mums 2025 group where you can connect and share the journey of growing, delivering and raising your little one with other parents in Zug. 🤱👩‍🍼🧑‍🍼👨‍🍼🤰🫄🫃

We want to ensure you're feeling supported, understood and heard and so we've created a model of mothers/carers groups for this stage of your life that can be everything all at once. Our 2025 group is our FOURTH year of running this style of support group and every year is seems to get bigger and bigger. 🫶

This group is for Mothers expecting their baby in 2025. By joining our community, we can introduce you to others going through the same stages. The difference between 3 months pregnant and 8 months pregnant, or a 4 week old baby and a 6 month old can be HUGE.
So let's help you meet others going through similar stages.

The Supper Sisters are back after the summer break!

Think dating is hard? Try finding friendships in a new country! It’s estimated that it takes more than 200 hours, ideally over 6 weeks, for a stranger to grow into a close friend. As we get older, the time we used to spend on nights out, gossiping, and silliness can get consumed by “adult” concerns like marriage, kids, and careers (plus managing the expat experience!). It’s no wonder there are high reports of loneliness and isolation in our over-40s community here in Zug. Making meaningful connections becomes much more challenging with everything else going on in your life.

The Supper Sisters is for women over 40 looking for friendship, connection, and laughter. We all need more laughter in our lives!
