Amazing Coffee Scrub

How to do it:

Mix together 1/2 cup fresh ground coffee and 1/2 cup brown sugar.

Add 1/2 cup coconut oil into the coffee mixture and 1 tsp. vanilla extract.

Mix until well combined.

Gently rub the mixture over your body—avoid areas around the eyes. Leave it on for several minutes. Rinse thoroughly. (Be careful if using the scrub in the shower, as the oil can make the floor a bit slippery.

Tip: Choose fine grounds, as the coarse kind can be too harsh for sensitive or delicate skin.

Ingredients:

2 cups milk of your choice (whole, coconut, almond, etc.)

1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 1-inch piece of fresh, peeled ginger

1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup

Directions:

Warm the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and honey or maple syrup in a small saucepan until it simmers hot.

Oatmeal and Yogurt face Mask

Ingredients

1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground

1 tbsp live, organic yogurt (skip the flavored stuff)

A few drops of honey

 Preparation

Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together.

Warm a few drop of honey. To do this, warm a spoon under hot water for a minute, then add a few drops of honey to the spoon.

Stir the honey into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture.

Apply the mask to the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with several splashes of warm water. Follow with a warm washcloth. Apply moisturizer.
