ANOVULATION

🌼Anovulation occurs when an egg does not release, or ovulate, from a woman's ovaries. Chronic anovulation is a common cause of infertility.

🎁🎉 OVULATION TEA IS ON PROMOTION

💌Ovulation is the result of a maturation process that occurs in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis and is orchestrated by a neuroendocrine cascade terminating in the ovaries. Any alteration results in a failure to release a mature o**m, leading to anovulatory cycles. Anovulation may manifest in a variety of clinical presentations, from luteal insufficiency to oligomenorrhea.

🌼Anovulation is a not a disease but a sign, in much the same way that polycystic ovaries are the manifestation of a much larger disease process.

WHAT CAUSES CALCIUM DEFICIENCY?

The chances of calcium deficiency increase with age. Many other factors put you at risk, here are some of them.

✅Not enough intake of calcium for a long period of time, especially during the childhood

✅Some medications can decrease the absorption of calcium

✅Dietary intolerance to calcium-rich foods

✅Hormonal changes in women

✅Certain genetic factors

Women need to increase their calcium intake earlier than men, starting from middle age. It's important for women to increase their calcium intake as they approach menopause.

The decline in the estrogen hormone during menopause causes a woman's bones to thin faster. Thus, increasing calcium intake is important to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and calcium deficiency.

🍃Hypoparathyroidism, a hormone disorder that can cause calcium deficiency disease. People suffering from this condition cannot produce enough parathyroid hormone, which controls the calcium levels in the body.

🍃Malnutrition and malabsorption also cause hypocalcemia. Malnutrition is when you don't get enough nutrients and malabsorption is when your body cannot absorb the vitamins and minerals you need from the food you eat.

Common symptoms of hypocalcemia

💧Muscle problems
People with calcium deficiency may experience muscle aches, cramps and spasms. These people can also suffer from pain in the thighs and arms while walking or moving. 💧Numbness and tingling in the hands, arms, feet, legs and around the mouth can also happen. And these sensations do not disappear with activity.
💧More extreme sensations can indicate a more severe deficiency, which can also lead to conclusions, arrhythmias and death.

🌺Extreme fatigue

Low levels of calcium can lead to extreme fatigue and make you feel sluggish all the time. It can also lead to insomnia. Fatigue due to calcium deficiency can lead to lightheadedness, dizziness and brain fog, which can also lead to lack of focus, forgetfulness and confusion.

🌺Nail and skin problems

Calcium deficiency for the long term can lead to dry skin, dry and brittle nails, coarse hair, eczema, skin inflammation, skin itchiness and psoriasis.

🌺Osteopenia and osteoporosis

Bones store calcium well and require a high level to stay a string. When the overall levels of calcium are low in the body, the body can divert calcium from bones making them brittle and prone to injury.
Calcium deficiency over time can lead to osteopenia, a reduction of mineral density in the bones, which can lead to osteoporosis, leading the bones to thin and becoming vulnerable to fractures.

🌺Severe PMS

Low levels of calcium in women have been linked to severe premenstrual syndrome (PMS). As per a 2017 study, participants improved mood and had reduced fluid retention after taking 500 milligrams of calcium daily for 2 months. In 2019, a study concluded that low levels of vitamin D and calcium during the second half of the menstrual cycle might contribute to symptoms of PMS.

🌺Dental problems

When the body has low levels of calcium, it pulls it down from teeth. This can lead to dental problems like tooth decay, brittle teeth, irritated gums and weak tooth roots.

Your health, your wealth. Think good health

What's a s***matocele?
✍️A s***matocele (SPUR-muh-toe-seel) is an abnormal sac (cyst) that develops in the epididymis — the small, coiled tube located on the upper testicle that collects and transports s***m. Noncancerous and generally painless, a s***matocele usually is filled with milky or clear fluid that might contain s***m.

Symptoms
✍️A s***matocele usually causes no signs or symptoms and might remain stable in size. If it becomes large enough, however, you might feel:

✍️Pain or discomfort in the affected testicle
✍️Heaviness in the testicle with the s***matocele
✍️Fullness behind and above the testicle

PID AND BLOCKED FALLOPIAN TUBES

Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is an infection of the female reproductive system. It's cause by a complication of STDS and can cause great damage to the Uterus, Ovaries, Fallopian tubes, and other organs.

Other causes include infections associated with abortion, ectopic pregnancy....but one of the most common causes of PID is caused by untreated Cha$lmydia and gono$rhea or poorly treated.

I see some women saying here my problem is just PID. My dear sisters PID, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, endometriosis should not be taken lightly. These are the most leading causes of infertility, blc in most cases, it can cause blockage of the fallopian tubes. If you are suffering from this our fertility tea and T-flush is the solution or you see your doctor.

RETROGRADE MENSTRUATION

Retrograde menstruation is when your period flows upward through your fallopian tubes and into your pelvis instead of out your va**na. It's a normal part of menstruation, but can lead to conditions like endometriosis.

🩸 In a typical menstrual period, your uterine lining (which is a mix of blood and tissue) flows downward and out your va**na. With retrograde menstruation, the blood flows up through your fallopian tubes and into your abdomen. Retrograde menstruation is common.

🩸When you have retrograde menstruation, it’s possible that cells from your endometrium grow on your abdominal or pelvic organs.

🩸Any person who menstruates can have retrograde menstruation. It becomes a problem when it leads to painful symptoms or a condition like endometriosis.

Do you bleed with retrograde menstruation?

Yes. People with retrograde menstruation still bleed from their va**na, but some of the bleeding flows in the wrong direction. Instead of coming out your va**na, the blood flows upward through your fallopian tubes and into your abdominal and pelvic cavity. The cells can then grow superficially on the peritoneum (the lining of your abdominal wall that covers your stomach, spleen, intestines and other abdominal organs), or deeper into the abdominal or pelvic organs.

Symptoms of retrograde menstruation

💧Most people don’t have symptoms of retrograde menstruation. In those that do, the most common symptom is a painful period. Others may report having a lighter period. This is because the blood is flowing back into their abdomen instead of out their va**na into their pad, tampon or menstrual cup.

💧Researchers aren’t exactly sure what causes retrograde menstruation, but many believe it may lead to endometriosis. Factors like having a small cervical opening or genetics may also play a role.

💧Retrograde menstruation doesn’t require treatment unless it’s causing other symptoms or conditions. Some healthcare providers prescribe hormones that reduce menstrual bleeding. This can reduce how much blood flows backwards into your abdomen.

When should I contact my Doctor?

You should contact your doctor if you notice;

🍃Changes in how much you bleed.
🍃New symptoms such as painful periods or other pelvic pain.
🍃Dizziness.
🍃Vomiting.

Your doctor can evaluate your symptoms and examine you to make sure your concerns aren’t a cause for worry.

DANGERS OF ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

Ectopic pregnancies fall under the category of medical emergency. Among the parts of the female reproductive system, it is only the uterus that is able to stretch and expand to hold the growing foetus. The fallopian tubes or the o***y or the abdominal cavity or the cervix – none are flexible or can hold the foetus to support pregnancy.

🌴🎍The fallopian tubes or any of the other organs may simply burst as the fertilised egg grows and develops. An ectopic pregnancy is invariably fatal to the foetus barring a single exception known so far. Any rupture in the fallopian tubes or in any of the other organs for that matter, generates very large amounts of internal bleeding. Such bleeding is a threat to the life of the mother and needs immediate medical attention.

🧄🧄Quick, fast response and treatment for ectopic pregnancy is essential to protect maternal life.

Symptoms of ectopic pregnancy

🥨🥨Abdominal pain

This is often the first symptom of an ectopic pregnancy and may be felt on one side of the abdomen or the shoulder. The pain may be sharp and sudden or dull and constant.

🥨🥨Vaginal bleeding

Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is not always a sign of an ectopic pregnancy, but it is a possibility.
Dizziness or fainting: An ectopic pregnancy can cause dizziness or fainting due to blood loss.

🥨🥨Nausea or vomiting

Some people with an ectopic pregnancy may experience nausea or vomiting.

CAUSES

🎍🧊Partial or complete blocking of the fallopian tube due to infection or inflammation.
🎍🧊Impediment to the movement of the fertilised egg arising from scar tissue from some earlier infection of the fallopian tube or arising from any surgical procedure therein is an ectopic pregnancy cause.
🎍🧊Previous surgery in the pelvic area or on the tubes may cause adhesion. This too results in ectopic pregnancy.
🎍🧊Having contacted s*xually transmitted infections like:

🌸Chlamydia.
🌸Gonorrhoea.
🌸Human Papillomavirus (HPV).
🌸Herpes.
🌸Syphilis.
🌸Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
🌸Pelvic inflammatory disease e.g. an infection of the uterus or of the fallopian tubes or of nearby pelvic structures.
🌸Endometriosis
🌸History of abortions

Losing a pregnancy can be hard, no matter how early it happened. Take time to grieve your loss, and get the support you need. Having an ectopic pregnancy doesn't mean that you can't have a normal pregnancy in the future.

*To avoid ectopic pregnancy womb CLEANSEN is necessary .we have good product for your cleansing, just inbox us

TIPS TO GET PREGNANT

Once you’ve made the big decision to start a family, it’s hard to wait. Luckily, you can and should begin planning right away. That’s because—as it turns out—there’s more to getting pregnant fast than just having s*x at the right time. It’s also about creating the perfect environment so that when s***m meets egg, a healthy embryo grows into a healthy baby. Fortunately, there are a few steps you can take to help kick the process into gear.

✍️Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle

If you’re wondering how to increase your chances of getting pregnant fast, self-care can go a long way. It’s no secret that your body goes through some major changes and challenges during pregnancy and delivery, so be sure to start your pregnancy journey in tip-top shape by taking important steps toward living a healthy lifestyle.

# # Another important tip for getting pregnant? Be sure to establish healthy exercise habits to prepare your body for pregnancy

# # attaining a healthy weight before conception can help set you up for success, both improving the odds of getting pregnant fast and reducing your risk of certain complications.

✍️Stop Taking Birth Control

It may seem obvious, but if you want to get pregnant fast, you’ll need to quit your method of birth control. Depending on what form you’re using, fertility doesn’t necessarily return right away. With barrier methods, like condoms, upping your chance of getting pregnant is as easy as leaving them in your nightstand drawer.

✍️Track Your Ovulation

Determining how to get pregnant fast is secondary. First, you’ll need to figure out how your body works. Knowing when you’re going to ovulate—and, therefore, when you’re most fertile—is a key tip for getting pregnant.

✍️Have Well-Timed S*x

When you’re trying to conceive with a male partner, you have an incentive to hit the sheets all the time. But like anything, too much of a good thing can backfire. Experts say the best way to get pregnant fast is to have s*x once a day, every other day, during the fertile window right before and after ovulation. If you have s*x too often, your partner’s s***m count may be reduced—and if you don’t have enough s*x, the s***m may be old and unable to swim as fast.

CONCLUSION

You want to get pregnant fast, but it may take time and patience. Some couples have immediate success, others will have a long journey ahead. The most important thing you can do right now is take control of your physical and mental health, so you can feel empowered as you embark on this path. Be proactive now—and then take it one step at a time together.

This can help a couple . Better Life Bio 🥦 products is always available to facilitate the journey.

A blissful weekend fam 🌹

Understanding Vaginal Yeast Infection

The causes of va**nal yeast infection are fungal agents which include many manifestations such as irritation, inflammation, itching, and smelly va**nal discharge.

Did you know that up to 75% of women contract a yeast (fungal) infection at least once during their lifetime and many experience up two episodes? Vaginal yeast infection is most commonly stimulated by a fungus called Candida albicans, which composes up to 92% of every case.

Although this fungus pre-exists in the body, its multiplication can worsen symptoms. Shockingly, it is a fact that up to 50% of women are carriers of the yeast infection tough they don’t display symptoms.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF MALE INFERTILITY?

✍️The main sign of male infertility is the inability to conceive a child. There may be no other obvious signs or symptoms.

A lower than normal s***m count (fewer than 15 million s***m per milliliter of semen or a total s***m count of less than 39 million per ej*****te)

When to see a doctor

✍️See a doctor if you have been unable to conceive a child after a year of regular, unprotected in*******se or sooner if you have any of the followi

✍️Erection or ej*******on problems, low s*x drive, or other problems with s*xual function

Is s*x the only way I can get infected with hepatitis B?

No. Hepatitis B is an STD, but it is spread in other ways, too. This is a resilient virus that can exist on virtually any surface for up to a month. If you get in contact with the blood or body fluids of an effected individual, you can get infected.

Here are ways this hepatitis B virus can spread:

• A pregnant woman to her baby during va**nal or C-section birth
• sharing needles or paraphernalia (works) for illegal drug use
• unprotected va**nal or a**l s*x
• Using unsterile equipment during tattooing or body piercing
• sharing personal care items, for example, toothbrushes, razors, or nail clippers with an effected person
• human bites

If you want to prevent hepatitis B virus, do your best to avoid all these ways through which the disease is spread.

If you are suffering from hepatitis we can help.

How does low testosterone affect male fertility?

✍️Testosterone is a hormone that stimulates development of s***m and is produced mainly in the te**es for men. It plays a key role in the development of s***m and helps to build muscle and bone mass. The relationship between testosterone levels, the development of s***m and men’s health is complicated.

Why low testosterone is bad for male fertility

✍️Studies have shown that having low testosterone directly correlates to having a lower s***m count and experiencing male fertility issues. This is a worrying trend, with s***m counts among men dropping by more than half over the last 40 years, and low testosterone levels being associated with reduced s*x drive and er*ctile dysfunction.

✍️Boosting testosterone when trying to conceive
Stop smoking! Smokers generally have lower levels of various hormones including those which impact on male fertility. When trying to conceive you can improve your chances significantly by kicking this habit.

✍️Losing weight is also a great way to help boost your testosterone levels. A study has shown that obese men have 30% lower testosterone levels than men at a regular weight. The numbers look even worse as you get more overweight, with another study showing that 70% of morbidly obese men have testosterone deficiency. So, if you are overweight, adjusting your diet and getting regular exercise are both great options to help boost testosterone levels and therefore your fertility.

Build your testosterone levels with supplements we've got the best in stock. Contact us if interested.

POSSIBLE REASONS FOR LACK OF BREAST MILK

You may not realize it, but many things can interfere with how your body makes breast milk and your breast milk supply, including health issues, diet, lifestyle choices, and medications. By understanding what can interfere with your milk supply, you may be able to make a few changes to your daily routine, turn it around, and begin increasing your milk production once again. Here are some of the things that lead to a reduction in breast milk and what you can do about it.

✍️Insufficient glandular tissue

Some women’s breasts don’t develop normally (for various reasons) and may not have enough “milk-making” ducts to meet their baby’s needs. Ducts do grow during each pregnancy and breastfeeding stimulates the growth of more ducts and tissue, so this may be less of a problem with a second or third baby.

✍️Hormonal or endocrine problems

Perhaps you have polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS), a low or high thyroid, diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure) or hormonal problems that made it difficult for you to conceive. Any of these issues may also contribute to low milk supply because making milk relies on the hormonal signals being sent to the breasts.

✍️Previous breast surgery

Breast surgeries can be done for both medical and cosmetic reasons. Breast reductions or enhancements, for example, are increasingly common. Ni**le piercings can also be considered a kind of breast surgery and may damage milk ducts in the ni**le. How much these surgeries affect breastfeeding.

✍️Using hormonal birth control

Many mothers who breastfeed and take birth control pills find their milk production doesn’t change, but for some, any form of hormonal birth control (the pill, patch or injections) can cause a significant drop in their milk. This is more likely to happen if you start using these contraceptives before your baby is four months old, but it can happen later as well.

✍️Scheduling feedings and/or using a pacifier between feedings

Your breasts make milk continuously, but the rate at which milk is made depends on how empty they are. You’ll make more milk when your breasts are close to empty and less milk when they are already filled up. When your baby is feeding infrequently, because you have put him on a three- or four-hour schedule for example, or because you are giving him a pacifier to stretch out the time between feedings, your breasts are fuller for longer periods of time. That means milk production slows down.

Blessed week fam🌹

What are the symptoms of a ruptured ovarian cyst?

✍️A ruptured ovarian cyst can cause sudden pain in your pelvic area. The pain is usually sharp and most often on the lower right side.
But some cysts, such as endometriomas, could be on either side.

✍️You might feel pain after s*xual in*******se or when you’re exercising. The pain from an ovarian cyst is likely to begin at the midpoint of your menstrual cycle.

✍️Different kinds of cysts that rupture maycause pain at other times during your menstrual cycle.

In addition to pain, symptoms of a ruptured ovarian cyst can include:

_bleeding from the va**na
_nausea
_vomiting
_tenderness in the pelvic/abdominal area
_weakness
_feeling faint
fever
_increased pain while sitting
_full or heavy feeling in your pelvis
_shoulder pain (if you have a lot of bleeding)

What causes a ruptured ovarian cyst?

✍️Most functional ovarian cysts are a normal part of a woman’s cycle, and they’re mostly benign, or noncancerous. Other types of ovarian cysts, such as endometriomas, are not normal.

Exactly why a cyst ruptures isn’t known. But here are some possible risk factors:

✍️You’re more likely to have a ruptured ovarian cyst if you have a history of ovarian cysts or ruptured ovarian cysts.
✍️Cysts can rupture after strenuous exercise and after s*xual in*******se.
✍️Larger cysts may burst more easily.

Diamond Fertility Tea 🍵 available. It's a well package dose for cysts and other fertility factors 🌺🌺🌺

Blessed week ahead 🥰🙏
