One day I was browsing on and came across a quote that said, "People aren't scared to begin. They're scared of being seen as beginners."

Honestly, it's a genuine concern.

In our society, we tend to punish what we perceive as failure and show little empathy for those who are still learning and growing.

Whether it's achieving financial success, fame, awards, or any worthwhile goal, it can be tough to feel like the only one who hasn't reached it yet.

Your mind can trick you into thinking that everyone is judging and mocking you... and maybe sometimes that's true.

But let's try a little thought experiment.

Imagine yourself ten years from now, looking back at this very moment.

How much of the struggle you're facing right now will actually matter?

Out of all the people you believed were judging you back then, how many of their names do you remember today?

Do you even remember their faces?

Exactly.

None of this really matters.

Your mind is blowing up the significance of other people's looks and opinions way beyond what's necessary.

Some of the people talking are just on autopilot and won't even remember what they said.

So why should you imprison yourself with those thoughts?

What will truly matter in the end is that you pursued your dreams and lived the life you wanted because you stayed focused on your own journey and never gave up.

So stop paying too much attention to the winds, waves, and stormy seas of other people's opinions.
