In the EFR emergency first responder course, you will practice CPR cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostasis, and more. Today, we do deep dive in Beijing, 21 meters, 8 degrees above the water, and 7 degrees below the water. We used dry suit to dive along the cliffs and returned to the water after completing a safe stop of 5 meters and 3 minutes.
The temperature in Beijing is below zero. We dive in cold waters, using dry suit, and akuana electric heating undergarments. It feels cold right after entering the water, and it starts to warm after diving, which is very interesting! Do you want to dive in winter, come and join us now!

Today, the weather in Beijing is good. We reach 20 meters and the water temperature is 7 degrees. We use the underwater slope as a visual reference. After turning back, we will make a 5 meter 3 minutes safe stop, then we raise the water. Perfect!
