How Often Does An Electrostatic Filter Have To Be Cleaned Or Replaced?
An electrostatic filter is washable and reusable. Because of its heavy-duty filtration system, air pollutants can rapidly accumulate on the filter and clog it.
A clogged filter prevents clean air from passing through so that a shortage of air supply will eventually occur, forcing the HVAC system into an overdrive.
Cleaning the filters every month will prevent clogging while replacing it every 3 months will ensure continuous protection from air pollutants.

Animal room waste gas pollution control solutions
One-piece disturbance spray deodorization equipment is used for the purification of gas pollutants discharged from experimental animal facilities, installed at the end of the exhaust air duct of air conditioning unit, dealing with ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, f***l odor, VOCs and pathogenic microorganisms and other odor gases produced in the exhaust air of the facilities and auxiliary areas, sterilizing and deodorizing the gas discharged from animal rooms.
It adopt water spray washing tower containing biological deodorizer + plasma photo-oxygenation technology to treat laboratory exhaust gas, the exhaust gas can reach the standard of GB14554-93 of Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants，the removal rate of major air pollutants ≥ 95%.
Emission height of exhaust pipe ≥ 15m
When the emission rate of odor concentration before treatment is 2000kg/h, it can reach ≤340kg/h after treatment;
Hydrogen sulfide emission rate of 0.04kg/h before treatment, can reach ≤4×10-3kg/h after treatment;
