The regular diameter can be up to more than 100 mm, and its light transmittance can be up to more than 60% when its thickness is 1 mm. As the typical multifunctional material, the diamond provides high thermal conductivity, high refractive index, radiation resistance, chemical inertness, and excellent electrical and mechanical properties, and it is particularly suitable for infrared optical windows with 8~12μm long waves.

Diamond has really extraordinary characteristics to audio reproduction, a speakers dome made of diamond delivers a maximum resolution with simultaneous lowest possible distortions - the result is an absolutely unique airy, and silky music reproduction, free of noticeable harshness. Chemical V***r Deposition (CVD) diamond film is made by the Chemical V***r Deposition process. The thermal conductivity of the diamond at room temperature can be up to 22 W/(cm·k), which is 3-5 times of the thermal conductivity of copper, and 6 times of the thermal conductivity of aluminum nitride. It mainly applies to the array of high-power diode, high-power light emitting diode (LED), radio frequency power transistors, high-power & high-frequency electronic (optoelectronic) devices, the cooling fin of multichip module large-scale integrated circuits, packaging of semiconductor, etc.
