E-RYT500 Yoga teacher, Graduated from Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanghai University, TCM practitioner(Acupuncture, TuiNa Massage, Gua Sha, Cupping), Reiki Teacher and Master, Teaching RYT200 and RYT500 Yoga Teacher Training all over the world. She studied various therapies including TuiNa, Moxibustion and Cupping. Using what she learnt, she worked in several hospitals in Shanghai where she
practiced these skills and helped rehabilitate many patients. Since leaving the hospital she has worked with hundreds of patients freeing them from pain and helping them on the way to recovery. Susu is certified E-RYT500 by Yoga Alliance. In 2007,She started to practice yoga and after five years in 2012 she completed her first yoga teacher training (RYT 200) with Lance Schuler in Shanghai, China. After she came to Samui and completed her second training (RYT300) with Michel Besnard in 2014, she fell in love with Ashtanga yoga and started to practice Mysore style self-practice at home, six times per week. In 2015 and 2016, India was calling her, so she traveled to India and learnt Ashtanga Yoga & Sanskrit at Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI) with Sharathji. From 2016, she has conducted yoga teacher training (RYT200) and workshops in Koh Samui, Koh Pangan, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Taiyuan and other cities. Rehabilitative Treatment
During your hands on session with Susu she will utilize any mix of the following:
TuiNa Massage– A form of Chinese manipulative therapy used to bring the eight principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine in to balance. The areas between the joints, known as the eight gates, are pressed, massaged, squeezed or otherwise manipulated to open the body’s defensive Chi (Wei Qi) and get the energy moving in the meridians and the muscles. The name comes from this, “Tui” means “to push” and “Na” means “to lift and squeeze”. Cupping –Dispel stagnated blood and lymph which smooths meridians, improves Chi Flow and releases stress from your muscles. Moxibustion–It is especially effective of treating chronic problems and deficient conditions (weakness) and improving energy level. Private Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga–Ashtanga Led Primary is a flowing practice including vinyasas and connecting breath to movement. Susu guides you through the series while helping you balancing strength and flexibility in a fun, invigorating atmosphere. Yin/Yang stretching with yoga wheel–Yoga Wheel Therapy is designed to smooth out the 12 meridians in the body.Many people who work in offices have poor posture and this therapy helps stretch the muscles more deeply than conventional yoga and help realign the spine.
