太阳山艺术中心坐落于大芬油画村深处，是太阳山艺术中心主人陈求之老师别具匠心的艺术创作，太阳山艺术中心巧妙地将具有传统徽派艺术风格的四合院隐于现代文化之中，是一种不同于传统展览模式的创新。在此，茶与咖啡、书画与油画、写实与写意完美结合。三层传统徽派院落、青砖黛瓦、古色生香、流水游鱼、花草树木、高音悠扬、古风盎然流光溢彩，是现代而传统的中国南北风情的文化四合院书画展览场所。
展厅总面积3000平方米，可同时或分别举办不同类型、不同题材的大型艺术展览。此外，还拥有两层多功能厅、会议厅、贵宾休息室、茶艺馆、私房菜等配套设施，是艺术家、学者进行作品展示、学术研究和学术交流的一个理想场所。
