As we all know, job foundries don't have fixed castings, they usually cast different parts for different customers based on different orders, sometimes the quantity is more, but sometimes is less.

Meanwhile, the moulding speed should be 80 molds per hours at least, otherwise, synchronized pouring can't add any values to you.

Last Thursday, we made a presentation on WEIJING degating machines at Casting Clinic Event organized by GUSS-EX and Metal Minerals in Starachowice in Poland.
Last Friday, on the way to Warsaw, Mr. Łukasz Szostak, CEO off GUSS-EX told us the introduction is very impressive and successful because many Polish foundry men know vertical wedge and main difference with normal horizontal wedge, that is the reason they always find it is hard to use horizontal wedge vertically as the central part of wedge always protrude before breaking, and extra space should be kept for central part to protrude.
Besides of this, there are some guaranteed cycle times for key parts of hydraulic stations.
On air hammer, they know some details we plan ahead for avoiding unnecessary damages and replacing.
