Supervision Service for A Chemical Project in Tianjin Finished:

In November 2023, the service engineer of Greatwall Mixers provided on-site supervision services for agitators of a chemical project in Tianjin province, China. These agitators is primarily designed for the production of high-quality polyolefin catalysts, widely used in the chemical industry for manufacturing various plastic products and fibers.

Through this project, the client aims to further enhance its competitiveness in the polyolefin catalyst market. In the early stages of the project, our company's technical team engaged in multiple rounds of technical exchanges and discussions, ultimately determining the optimal processing and manufacturing solution.

Upon the completion of the installation of the mixing equipment, our engineer guided the client through the trial run and commission processes to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the agitators. This service not only showcases Greatwall Mixers' expertise in the field of mixing equipment but also provides substantial support for the client's successful competition in its crucial market.

In September 2022, the agitators for a Shandong biogas fermentation project passed the acceptance inspections and the installation was completed. Developed by us, the fermentation tank is quite big, with a diameter of 28 meters and a height of 12 meters. What’s more, equipped with permanent magnet asynchronous motors, the agitators are available in continuous working for biogas power generation.

🥳In September 2022, as one of the project equipment suppliers, we learned that some of the customized agitators we supply for the 200,000 tons/year polymer production project are in good condition and running stably. The project was in the smooth production of high-pressure-process polyethylene products in the test run, filling the CNPC EVA production gap that reduces the domestic dependence on imports of high-end EVA products.

In September 2022, the on-site agitator installation guidance service for agitators applied in an oily sludge treatment project was finished. As the forerunner in the Chinese mixing industry, we have made great performances in the field of environmental protection as well the others. Our R&D team works closely to fully meet customer requirements, innovating the core technology of the detoxification treatment of oily sludge in order to deal with various field conditions.

In September 2022, as part of a long term service agreement, our experts completed the on-site equipment maintenance for a PGA production project. We developed the mixing technology applied in the batch of agitators that greatly reduces the costs associated with the PGA production.

In August 2022, the on-site maintenance service for a Ningxia polymer production project completed successfully. At the request of the customer, our team of experts is standing by to answer any questions and help the equipment continue to perform at optimum levels through regular maintenance and replacing worn-out parts.

In July 2022, the 23-day maintenance service for 170 sets of top-entry agitators in a Xinjiang chemical project came to a successful end.
Before the routine maintenance was offered, our field engineers analyzed past inspection results and operating data to set plans for detailed procedures of parts of machines. Regarded as a preventative measure, this maintenance is supposed to ensure the operation and production efficiency of agitators and the benefit of the customer can be guaranteed.

In July 2022, after installation and commissioning, the batch of 21 top-entry agitators for a Sichuan Chemical Project successfully runs for the high-salt and high-concentration wastewater treatment process. The reliable and flexible design of the delivered agitators perfectly matches the demanding process applications of the customer in both minimum power consumption and high efficiency.

Days ago, GREATWALL engineers provided on-site service for a Xinjiang biological fermentation and pharmaceutical project. The batch of 39 sets of agitators used for the production of hyaluronic acid was successfully delivered and put into use in September 2020.
Now, we provides normal after-sales maintenance services for the equipment as required by the owner. As a leading enterprise in the domestic mixing industry, we pay attention to the construction of an after-sales team that can truly reassure customers with considerate services.

In July 2022, passed the 25-day equipment debugging successfully, and 22 sets of top-entry agitators for a biological fermentation and pharmaceutical project in Guangdong province, China, are in smooth operation. The equipment commissioning was carried out by GREATWALL engineers who arrived at the site and organized a commissioning meeting beforehand and formulated a feasible plan, which effectively ensured the smooth progress of the commissioning work.

38 sets of top-entry agitators for polymer material processing were delivered on schedule. We have overcome unfavorable factors such as rising raw material prices and the surge in logistics and transportation costs to ensure the implementation of the project.
Up to now, the production tasks of the project are running in an orderly manner as planned.

With the availability of a non-stop process of a large amount of sludge and the even mixing, the 5 sets of delivered agitators that have just been delivered in June play an important part in a sludge treatment in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, ensuring the ecological solid waste disposal and resource recycling efficiency.

In May 2022, GREATWALL MIXERS dispatched the engineer to Shenzhen, the third most populous city proper in China, to provide after-sales service for the maintenance of mechanical seals of the agitators delivered in 2017, which are in good operation after maintenance. This is a special after-sales service provided by the company based on customer needs and the wear and tear of the parts.
This batch of top-entry customized agitators is used for the processing of chemicals, more precisely for semiconductors, liquid crystals, touch screen materials, etc. Therefore, high-level engineering and technical support are needed in terms of the parts of the mixers, and the technology is supposed to be highly intensive. In the five years since the products were delivered and put into use, GREATWALL MIXERS after-sales engineer learned from the customer that the mixing products demonstrate superior performance as usual after the complex chemical processes.
