Baked potato with thyme
Ingredients.
18 potatoes, girl
3 tablespoons thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of coarse salt
to taste of pepper
1 clove garlic
2 green lemons.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a frying pan, brown the garlic and thyme in the oil and add the lemon juice and salt.
Marinate the potatoes in the olive oil with thyme, garlic and lemon for 30 minutes.
Place in a pyrex with everything and the marinade and bake for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
