Lau has been coming to our skate park to work on her surfing technique by practicing surf skate on her own ….. so team Diaz hahaha stepped on it and joined the fun….. I did a short surf skate seminar with master coach but never had the time to practice coaching it or the space (now we do)….. that said a very wise man once said “if you want to learn you have to teach”…. So we took in as our Guinea pig, to put in practice what we have learned and love so much doing.
⚡️Strategy: coach her for a month, we will work on surf skate techniques, overall physical conditioning, we will be using tools like video analysis, land drills, oceanography, etc.
⚡️Mission: Improve her overall surfing performance.
⚡️Results: we will keep you posted.
Pretty stoked to now have this space to better help our surfers 🏄🏾‍♀️ 🏄‍♂️
Pura Vida!
FYI: the one falling is me 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 trying to break the habit of stepping too hard on the tail!
