This is our go to superfood snack as well as what we bring to potlucks and parties 🎉 We love these v, gf, df crackers with cassava and almond flour as the base, then we lightly press avocado down with a fork, add thinly sliced tomato, add our favorite hot sauce and/or sea salt and top with microgreens! 🌱 Here I used our Osaka Purple Mustard and it was 🤤

Look at these long Daikon Radish 😍 The microgreen sprouts turn yellow before they are introduced to the light and become green within 30 minutes. Sometimes you can watch them turn green! Growing plants is such a rewarding experience 😊

We grow Microgreens from Organic, Non-GMO, Heirloom seeds in organic soil, without the use of pesticides.

We will have 11 varieties including Waltham 29 Broccoli, Russian Red Kale, Slow Bolt Arugula, Curled Garden Cress, Red Acre Cabbage, Daikon Radish, Purple Tritan Radish, Detroit Dark Red Beet, Purple Vienna Kohlrabi, Osaka Purple Mustard and Black Oil Sunflower.
