Look who dropped in again at the office 😍
For those who don't know Rocky aka. "The Queen of Street Football"... She's doing some legendary stuff on the international stage for Fifa, Nike and Coca-Cola, just to name a few. 😎 We're beyond grateful to have her here in Curaçao with her project . Favela Street offers a program for youngsters to become independent football trainers. Besides becoming independent football trainers, FS also provides these 'role models' with educational and employment resources for them to further develop their life skills.

Stay tuned for more of what we'll be doing for this one of a kind individual with this unique project.

You'd be surprised how much you can learn from a brainstorm sit-down with your clients. The best ideas tend to pop-up during those sessions.

Tuna has had the privilege of working with VanEps for over a year now, and suffice it to say that it has been a hell of a ride. To be chosen to do an entire rebranding for one of the most influential and prestigious law firms on the island was an honor.

Which brings us to these images before you…
For those who don’t know, these 2 lovely ladies are our VanEps clients. Besides paying a visit to their favorite Agency and (more importantly of course!) sipping on excellent coffee, Sawita and Milou were here for a little brainstorm sesh for new ideas for some upcoming projects. Even though it might look like we getting a whoopin’ from them, you can relax because that’s just what focus and passion looks like. But you know how it is with Tuna, we take our work just as seriously as our play!

Kimberly’s networking sucks!

Bet you thought it was going to be an inspirational post…SIKE!

Okay now let’s get serious, a couple of weeks ago Kimberly was invited to do a short presentation at the Speed Networking Event for JCI CLIC. The goal of the event was for the speakers to supply the audience with tips and tricks that can be used to improve their networking skills. The event was led by 4 talented speakers, each tackling a different approach to better networking. Kimberly’s topic was on how to add value to your networking…

For those who know Kimberly, this was considered more as a challenge than just an invitation. As much as she may look like a social butterfly on the outside, do not be fooled. The woman runs faster back to her cocoon than Usain Bolt.

The stale term for networking is:
“The action or process of interacting with others to exchange information and develop professional or social contacts.”

Now, Kimberly, is not fond of networking or socializing frequently, but if there is one trick that she can share that is a guarantee to add value to someone’s networking is to simply be yourself, your unapologetically-bad-ass self. The closer you stay to yourself, the more you have to inspsire others.

Which is controversially what makes Kimberly so amazing at “networking”. She gives it her all, while remaining 100% her own authentic self.
