The gifts for the Iederkindeenkerstcadeau charity (A Christmas Gift for Every Child) were dropped off today!

Boy, we were really excited to start the day off like this! To our surprise, our neighbor NetPro Group joined our charity efforts.
Between Inova Solutions and NetPro Group, a total of 150 gifts were donated!

We are proud of the efforts of our Curaçao teams, and congratulate Dolfijn FM, Rotaract Club of Curaçao and Children's Museum Curacao for organizing this amazing charity that will make so many families happy this year!

Members of the Inova Solutions team organized a Christmas Challenge this year to encourage their fellow colleagues to give back to the community.

The team at the Inova Solutions headquarters in Curaçao chose to support the Iederkindeenkerstcadeau charity (A Christmas Gift for Every Child) by Dolfijn FM, Rotaract Club of Curaçao and Children's Museum Curacao

The Curaçao team took this challenge to heart, and we're excited to announce that we are at 51 gifts and counting!

Inova Solutions is overwhelmed and proud of the efforts of its team in Curaçao; showing dedication and selflessness to their community that has been deeply impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. To show how proud we are of our employees and to show our commitment to the Curaçao community we, as a company, have decided to donate an amount of gifts as well, to complement the donations of our employees. This way, more families can spend Christmas with a smile on their faces❤️❤️❤️

These awesome police officers passed by to get some gift so they can give to some kids in the neighborhood. That was a very kind and thoughtful gesture of them. Thank you Korps Politie Curaçao we aprreciate the efforts you are doing for this community.

Oprah’s tells the story of the most memorable Christmas she had, and we wanted to share it with you:
‘When Oprah was 12 years old her mother told her: “We are not going to celebrate Christmas this year, because we cannot afford it”. Oprah thought that Santa Claus didn’t want to visit because they were poor. She knew it was going to be a tough Christmas morning, when all the other kids would go outside to play with their new toys. She feared returning to class and telling her friends that she didn’t receive a present for Christmas.
Instead, a group of nuns showed up at her doorstep on Christmas day. They brought a doll and food for her and her family. Oprah says that at that moment, she knew that it was the best Christmas of her life. Someone thought about her and she wouldn’t be forgotten during Christmas. After this experience Oprah wanted to create that same feeling for other kids. That is why she went to South Africa and brought toys and food for kids and their families.
She says, “the kids may forget what toys they received, but they will never forget that someone remembered them.”’
A simple gift on Christmas day, creates a sense of hope and validation to a child, they will feel cared for and appreciated. Most of us have forgotten the joy we experienced when we were kids on Christmas day.
