Yesterday, we had a workshop visual arts for our kids.
Visual arts play a crucial role in the development of children, offering various benefits that extend beyond mere creative expression.

On the 5th day of the program our kids also had a lot of fun when paddleboarding!!

On the 4th day of the youth project, our kids enjoyed a unique woodworking class!!

Today on the 3rd day of the program, we started with the outdoor sport of abseiling!!

Abseiling, also known as rappelling, offers children a unique opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge. On the 2nd day of our program our kids experienced a complete other world of cooking. They prepared their own meal, and we enjoyed a delightful lunch together in the outdoors!!

Nothing beats the joy and excitement of homemade food crafted by kids! From the first crack of an egg to the final sprinkle of cheese, every step is filled with laughter, creativity, and learning. Imagine the delicious aroma of freshly home made pasta or the pride in their eyes as they serve a colorful, hand-made pasta, pesto/bolognaise. Yesterday our kids experienced the greatness of windsurfing!!

Kids who take up windsurfing will learn to develop a range of skills, including balance and coordination, as they navigate and control the sailboard on water. They will understand the basics of wind dynamics and how to harness wind power to propel themselves forward. Through this sport, they also enhance their physical fitness, particularly strength and endurance, and gain confidence in their abilities. Today was the first day of our July Adventure Explorer Camp. During our sand therapy session today, we delved into the important theme of "what gives you fear?" and uncovered various reasons and underlying needs. Participants expressed fears related to personal safety, fear of failure, and fear of the unknown, revealing a need for security, validation, and clarity in their lives. This process illuminated how addressing these fears is essential for fostering a sense of empowerment and emotional well-being. We also practiced and experienced the benefits of mindfullness in case of fear.

We are all set for our July Adventure Explorers Youth Camp!! It will be 10 days of fun and adventure from July 8-12 and July 15-19 !!

Paint pouring is a delightful and engaging art activity that fosters creativity and experimentation. On the 2nd day of our April 2024 youth program, we had an awesome primitive cooking experience in the outdoors. Our kids were offered a unique and enriching experience that connects them with nature while teaching valuable survival skills. Whether it's cooking over an open fire or using improvised utensils, children learn to adapt and innovate in a wilderness setting.

Through hands-on participation, they develop essential culinary skills such as chopping, mixing, and cooking over an open flame, fostering a sense of self-sufficiency and resourcefulness.
