Η διαλειμματική νηστεία είναι μια μέθοδος που περιλαμβάνει την κατανάλωση τροφής σε συγκεκριμένα χρονικά διαστήματα. Αυτό σημαίνει μηδενικές θερμίδες κατά τη διάρκεια της νηστείας, στην οποία μπορούμε να καταναλώνουμε μόνο νερό, σκέτο καφέ ή οποιαδήποτε ροφήματα περιέχουν 0 θερμίδες.

Η διαλειμματική νηστεία γίνεται πιο περίπλοκη, όταν αφορά αθλητές υψηλών επιδόσεων. Έχουν ένα πολύ απαιτητικό πρόγραμμα προπονήσεων, με πολύ υψηλές θερμιδικές ανάγκες. How will you transition from one place to another, from one situation to a better one? How effective are our habits, and how can these habits facilitate changes in our process?

Many times, people need to change their system, not their goals, to achieve something. Goals are crucial for setting the direction, but the system is essential for progress along that path. We don’t need to change our results; what really needs to change are the systems that produce those results. People often spend a lot of time focused on their goals, but they tend to overlook the process of reaching them.

Focus on the system, on the process of the roadmap, not just setting goals.💡
