This is a carefully designed 5-day program by Naturopathy Loukas Souttos, which introduces you into a lifestyle aiming at your physical and psychological well-being.
The goal of internal cleansing on all levels is achieved with a highly nutritional detox diet, yoga exercises, breathing exercises and exercises in the sea, among other activities. There will be lectures and discussions on topics about health, based on recent and valid data.
Breathing is a core physical function of great significance for people's health, not only in relation to the body but also the mind. In this 5-day Detox Retreat, Naturopathy Loukas Souttos will apply specific techniques to demonstrate the ways in which correct breathing habits help us to become aware of, and eventually free ourselves from repressed and not-yet-healed pain and traumas related to fear, depression and anger. Moreover, the participants will have the opportunity to learn how to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, get rid of panic attacks and insomnia, lose weight, manage IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) symptoms, and others.
In conclusion, during this 5-day program of the Detox Retreat, the participants will have access to a holistic treatment method which releases the body from pain, enhances well-being and establishes a balance in body, mind and soul.
