Job Description
• Drafting court applications in relation to corporate matters (e.g. decrease of share capital, alteration of memorandum, mergers etc) and appearance in court
• Drafting Legal opinions on various corporate matters
• Conducting due diligence reviews on legal entities and individuals
• Drafting legal/corporate documents and agreements
• Providing support to the corporate administration team
• Keeping the team up to date in regards to changes in legislation

Qualifications:
• Must be a member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• At least 2 years previous experience in corporate law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Positive and professional approach
• Highly attentive to detail

C. Christofidou LLC is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join our team in Larnaca.

Job Description:
• Incorporation & Administration of legal entities
• Maintenance of all corporate records, preparation/drafting of corporate documentation
• Filings at the Registrar of Companies and agents abroad
• Assists with application forms and licenses required by Regulators in line with prevailing legislations
• Follows procedures for restoration, re-domiciliation, strike-off, liquidation or dissolution of companies for all jurisdictions
• Provides general ongoing corporate support services upon request, including making arrangement for visa invitations and liaises with relevant parties,
• Communicates with clients and effectively responds to requests and inquiries.
• Conducts effectively all compliance-related procedures, including client KYC and AML checks as per the relevant procedures with the support of the Compliance department;
• Updates the software and all relevant back data folders accordingly in order to ensure that all client information stored is correct and up to date,
• Handles compliance reviews and updates from foreign agents,
• Assistance in the annual reviews of clients conducted by Banks through the collection and submission of the required information and documentation.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years previous experience as a corporate administrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
