Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Offer the whole scope of legal services to our clients.
• Excellent practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, including incorporation and liquidation of Cyprus legal entities, compliance procedures and statutory requirements, documenting directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, drafting or modifying company memorandums and articles etc.
• Advise clients on various types of commercial agreements (joint ventures, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, SPA etc) and draft a variety of legal agreements and contracts, power of attorneys, court documents, legal opinions and other legal documents.
• Manage compliance and legal requirements for foreign entities and apply compliance regulations in all procedures.
• Assist clients with bank account opening procedures.
• Handle real estate transactions and liaise with government authorities (Land Registry, Tax Department etc).
• Handling all aspects of Cyprus Immigration applications (pink slip, yellow slip, PR etc)
• Appear before the Cyprus Courts and deal with the full spectrum of Court hearings.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Master’s Degree will be considered an advantage.
• Member of Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft office.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the Russian or Arabic language will be considered an strong advantage.
• Business minded and with a business and pragmatic approach to contractual/ commercial matters.
• Professional motivation, multi-tasking abilities, organization skills, analytical thinking, integrity and attention to detail.
• Passionate and self-driven professional willing to work well with deadlines and under pressure.
