Qualifications/Abilities
•Holder of University degree in Accounting or related discipline and/or LCCI Higher in Accounting
•Excellent knowledge of the English & Greek languages (written and spoken)
•Knowledge of accounting software (E-soft and Quickbooks) will be considered an advantage
•Strong analytical and numeric skills coupled with attention to detail
•Excellent organizational and communication skills
•Ability to work independently and to work towards meeting deadlines
•Commitment to targets
•Computer literate
Responsibilities
•Preparation of accounting records
•Preparation of periodic management accounts and other reports tailored to the specific needs of clients
•Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES returns
•Preparation of monthly payroll calculations
•Preparation of monthly payroll forms for submission with the Social Insurance Office and Tax Authorities
•Assistance with the handling of TAX and VAT matters with the Authorities
•Direct communication with clients
•Reporting directly to the managing director
Experience
•Minimum of five years of working experience in a similar position required.
