Unfortunately I have recently had a lot of last minute cancellations and no shows. So I have had to put in place a cancellation policy to protect my business.

I hope that you can all understand and respect my decision to put this policy in place.

So with immediate effect I will be taking 50% of service deposits for all appointments.

I have 3 appointments left for may due to cancellation.
