Coming onto the scene in the 1860s-1870s, the Manhattan is seen as the OG of the modern cocktail for spicing up the classic Old Fashioned Whiskey Cocktail with some vermouth.

Honoring the classic Manhattan, we carefully selected Sour Mash by our friends to stand alongside our “beermouth”.

We reimagined the vermouth by swapping out the wine with a local IPA by , giving it a hoppy kick but still having the bitter-spiced vibe.
