When Smash 'N' Stack first embarked on this journey, we operated on a modest budget. Our initial fryer served its purpose adequately, but as our business expanded, it became a bottleneck. This 10-year-old Italian fryer no longer met our evolving needs, leading to inconsistencies.

That's why we've made a significant investment in upgrading to the pinnacle of fryer technology, courtesy of Pitco, made in America.

Moving forward, we're committed to ongoing investment and enhancement to ensure the satisfaction of our Smash 'N' Stack family.

Our insulated packaging is back and this time it will not be disappearing. We made sure of that!

🥔📚 The science of potatoes is fascinating. We have learned so much about the potato since opening Smash 'N' Stack.

There are also many variables that are out of our control like the season, the storage conditions of our supplier/distributor, the variety, if our distributor gave us the same variety as last week. We learn and learn.

That's why from tomorrow and onwards, our potatoes will be sourced directly from a well-known farmer that also exports and labels the variety on the bag.

No more middleman, no more bull. We hope this is a step in the right direction in the journey to finding the perfect French Fry.
