3. Strength training every other day is super important, we need to help our metahondria which in poor condition causes:
• Loss of muscle coordination, muscle weakness.
• Neurological problems, including seizures.
• Autism spectrum disorder, represented by a variety of ASD characteristics.
• Visual and/or hearing problems.
• Developmental delays, learning disabilities.
• Heart, liver or kidney disease.

4. Decrease animal protein significantly as it can be full of GMO corn (main animal food), antibiotics, stress and other hormones. Even organic meet and poultry should be eaten just few times a week
