The start day of our October 2022 Schools is aproaching. All theory courses are starting on the week begining on the 24th of October 2022.
Theory Courses:
Day skipper shorebased: Mondays : 1900 - 2200 (Duration 14 weeks)
Coastal/Yachtmaster theory: Tuesdays: 1900- 2200 (Duration 18 weeks)
Practical Courses:
Competent crew/Day skipper Sail: Every weekend from the weekend begining on the 12th of November.

Qualifications
Good knowledge of office products (Word, excel and outlook) and good computer skills
Fluent in Greek and English (both oral and written)
Russian will be considered an advantage
Basic understanding of accounting
Must have a driving license
Previous experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage
Administrative and organizational skills

Duties
Drafting letters, emails and other relevant documents
Keep the company calendar including managing the inventory of the office and Yachts
Update our website
Answering phones and taking messages/notes
Perform payments and collection of payments
Act as a personal assistant to the directors of the company
Keep record of maintenance related issues for our Yachts
Perform all sorts administrative and clerical tasks
Liaise with affiliated companies/vendors
