What an amazing journey this has been! From April 2023 until today, March 2024, I went through countless sleepless nights, planning, endless phonecalls, stress overload, but most important out of all this, I gained knowledge in subjects I had no idea about. There were days (until this moment), that I had doubts, fear, and couldnt find the strength to continue..

Eventually, you have to ask yourself: "how bad do you want it?". That gives you the answer wether to continue or not! Today, the dream of many years came true, and the canteen is ready for business!
