This time the DTR6054 is paired with 4WD system on this clean Audi S3 8V. APR designed the compressor and turbine housings from the ground up, utilizing 60mm compressor and 54mm turbine billet wheels alongside dual ceramic ball-bearings.

Not long ago we got a special request by the owner of this beauty. To install the OEM Carbon spoiler on the spyder version of the R8 which can only be found on the Coupe!
We spend a significant amount of time measuring and trimming with extreme precision as this task is definitely not a direct fit. I think the results were worth it afterall!

We finished it off with an APR Stage 1 Software to bump it up to 634Bhp 😁

Another Valve Cleaning job done✅️
Many VAG Engines use direct injection meaning injectors fitted directly into the cylinders. By having this set up instead of port injection which would help cleaning the valves with fuel, causes carbon deposits to build up on the Intake Valves consequently restricting air flow thus loss of power!
We highly recommend Injector Testing to go with Valve Cleaning due to convenience and have a peace of mind preventing engine failure

Keep your valves clean!

Even though 2.0T MQB EA888.3 have port injection systems they still need to have their valves cleaned.
They definitely are not as bad as EA113 TFSI engines but they still have carbon build up around the valves.

Carbon built-up can cause:
❌️ Loss of power
❌️ Poor acceleration
❌️ Engine Misfires
❌️ Reduced Fuel Efficiency
❌️ Rough engine at Idle

Don't let the empty beefed up fenders fool you. Those get filled up real good when this thing is in kill mode...

RacingLine Performance Body Brace for B9 A5/S5/RS5 fitted yet again on this S5.

Despite its aesthetic looks, the weak factory brace is replaced by billet Aluminium finished in Titanium Silver to stiffen up the front end preventing chassis flex, maintains proper suspension geometry during hard cornering without sacrificing drivability and comfort!

This beautiful nardo grey RS3 8V.2 booked with us to be serviced and have all its fluids changed which included, engine, gearbox, haldex and differential oils!

After taking all the necessary checks it was ready to unlock some of its potential with APR Stage 1 ECU 98 Ron High Grip, 95 Ron Low Grip files. Which is accompanied with top of the line .engineering Stage 3 TCU world leaders in DSG tuning.

It now produces 480bhp on 98Ron and 650Nm of torque. Don't be fooled though, on E85 this family sedan can put out 542bhp on stock hardware. Which is a piece of cake for the DQ500 which now features:
✅️ Clutch Pressures up to 18-19bar
✅️ 800Nm of torque
✅️ Boost on Launch ("rally sound")
✅️ Custom shift points M/S/D
✅️ Custom 3 point Launch RPM
✅️ Race mode without Torque Reduction
just to name a few of its capabilities!

Φανταστείτε να σας κλέβουν! Λοιπόν, όχι με κυριολεκτικούς όρους, αλλά αυτό το B9 S5 ήταν θύμα κλοπής ιπποδύναμης από το φρικτό stock intercooler του. Μετά από ένα μόνο dyno pull ήταν σαν να ήταν σε limp mode.

Η λύση μας ήταν ένα APR Intercooler. Θεωρούμενο το σημείο αναφοράς στη γκάμα, οι δοκιμές της APR δείχνουν ότι το OEM intercooler είχε αύξηση στο IATs (θερμοκρασία αέρα εισαγωγής) κατά 25 βαθμούς Κελσίου αμέσως μετά το πρώτο dyno pull, ενώ το APR είχε άνοδο μόλις 7 βαθμούς Κελσίου στο τέλος από 6 συνεχόμενα dyno pulls. Το APR δεν κράτησε απλώς υπό έλεγχο τα IAT, αλλά οι δοκιμές έδειξαν ότι τα αυτοκίνητα εξοπλισμένα με APR Stage 1 ECU παρήγαγαν 16 whp σε σχέση με αυτό που παρήγαγε το  OEM intercooler, καθιστώντας αυτό το τέρας , 400 whp (98 RON).

Η αυξημένη ιπποδύναμη δημιουργεί κατά συνέπεια την ανάγκη για απόδοση πέδησης. Γι' αυτό εγκαταστάθηκε το APR BBK (Big Brake Kit).Μεταξύ άλλων, αυτό το κιτ περιλαμβάνει μεγάλες δαγκάνες 6-piston billet-aluminium, slotted 2-piece ρότορες 380x34 mm . Συνολικά αυτά τα φρένα τοποθετήθηκαν για να φτάνουν το μπροστινό μέρος του αυτοκινήτου στο έδαφος, η ομορφιά τους είναι απλά το κερασάκι στην τουρτα!

Imagine being robbed! Well not in literal terms but this B9 S5 was being robbed of horsepower by its atrocious OEM intercooler. After just a single run was as if it's in limp mode.

Our solution was an APR Intercooler. Considered the benchmark in the range, APR testing shows that the stock cooler had a rise in IATs (Intake Air temperature) by 25 degrees Celsius right after the first dyno pull, whilst the APR Intercooler had a rise of just 7 degrees Celsius at the end of 6 back-to-back dyno pulls. APR did not just keep IATs in check but testing showed that cars equipped with APR Stage 1 ECU produced 16 whp over what the OEM cooler produced making this a 400whp (98 RON) monster!

Increased power consequently creates the need for braking performance. That is why APR BBK (Big Brake Kit) was installed. Among others this kit includes large 6-piston billet-aluminium calipers, 380x34 mm 2-piece slotted rotors. Overall these brakes were installed to plant the front of the car to the ground, their beauty is just the cherry on top!

RacingLine Performance Oil Management System installed on Audi TT-S 8J

RacingLine System includes a catch can internally baffled to collect undesirable oil and moisture vapours which may also cause drop in fuel octane rating.

Customer uses the car for spirited drives and track days which is a perfect example for the RacingLine Breather plate to correct the problem of oil build-up in the top of the engine during high-G braking.

Oil Catch Can Drain tap kit which makes emptying of the can much easier and prevents the need to remove it.
