Duties:

✔Customer reception
✔Telephone system operation
✔Receiving telephone and on-line orders and issuing invoices
✔Preparing documents for equipment delivery (invoice, guarantee, maintenance agreement)
✔Recording service calls for service team
✔Updating the service team on new calls and organising of service calls
✔Operation and update of the company system
✔Handling of the main company documents and filing
✔Responsible for ISO processes and records

Dinos Kridiotis and Son Ltd (originally Dinos Kridiotis and Co) is one of the pioneering and most established suppliers of office equipment in Cyprus. The company was founded by Mr. DinosKridiotis in 1967 as a family business. Mr. Kridiotis has experience in the field of stencil duplicators and office machines since 1954.

Since November 1994 the company has been operating from its privately owned premises at the corner of Tefkrou and Hadjidaki streets in Nicosia, which comprises of a modern showroom and offices, a fully equipped service workshop and a large warehouse.

The company is now in its third-generation of succession and is focused on offering high quality products backed by efficient after sales support in the sector of office equipment and complete office and document solutions.
