After a very ‘eventful’ few months at Tala Cats HQ, we’re thrilled to share that our 2022 calendar is nearly ready to print. And as promised our ‘Tala Cats Extrapurrganza Cat Show’ Winners will feature in the photographs!! 😻

ALL WE NEED NOW IS SOME SPONSORS TO HELP COVER COSTS!
The clock is ticking at the printers, so we need to be quick ⏳⏳

We will print 1000 Calendars this year.
We are offering 2 sponsors on each month.
The cost is €80 per sponsor.
Sponsors will have an ad/ their name on the page.

Anyone can be a Calendar sponsor- a local or international business, or any generous Tala Cats supporters who would like to help us.

The fabulous team at RSS in Peyia are offering a basic ‘red tape’ service to help people pay their road tax and other utility bills now that banks won’t take payments. All they ask in return is a small donation to one of their chosen charities, Tala Cats and Friends Hospice.

We are delighted to say that Leo, as he has now been called, is safe in the care of Dawn and Mark at Tala Cats. They have taken him to the vet today and he has been vet checked and neutered. The Vet saiid he is a healthy, lovely cat. We have started his Passport and vaccines and will soon be able to look for a flight hopefully around the end of June.
We are also pleased to confirm that the joint fundraising between Christina who did the original post, Animal Action Cyprus, Tala Monastery Cats and Dena (GiveMeHope non profit making) has reached what we consider will be sufficient funds to cover all the cost for Leo.
As stated in our original Post if there is any amount over and above what we need it will go to Tala Cats to help another cat fly to a home in Europe.
Our sincere thanks to everyone who has donated to help Leo. To achieve our target in 2 days is something we could only dream of.
His new Mum, Gill, is over the moon and is looking forward to giving Leo all the love he deserves.

Tala Cats do such a fantastic job looking after the 900 cats and kittens it was a pleasure and a privalege to be able to help and support them.
