For those who love cinnamon, just do it!🤤

DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
- 05 eggs (whipped whites);
- 01 and 1/2 cup of sifted sugar;
- 100g of unsalted butter or margarine (or 3 heaped tablespoons);
- 1 cup of tea and 1/2 of breadcrumbs;
- 01 tablespoon of cinnamon;
- 01 tablespoon of baking powder;
- Cinnamon powder to decorate as desired. .

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Start by beating the egg whites and set aside.
- Place the egg yolks, sugar and margarine/butter in the mixer and beat well until you obtain a white cream.
- Once done, add the breadcrumbs, cinnamon and mix quickly.
- The dough is a little heavy and dry.
- Now, add the egg whites and stir gently until the dough becomes lighter and more homogeneous.
- Finally, add the baking powder and mix slowly.
- Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes, or until you insert a knife and it comes out clean.

CREAM INGREDIENTS:
- 01 can or box of condensed milk;
- 500ml of milk;
- 01 tablespoon of cornstarch (cornstarch);
- 02 sifted egg yolks;
- 01 tablespoon of unsalted butter or margarine;
- 01 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

CREAM PREPARATION METHOD:
- In a pan, place all the ingredients and stir constantly until it thickens.
- With the cake and cream completely cold, cut the cake in half, fill with half the cream and use the other part as frosting.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste to decorate and it’s ready.

How true is this... Though we are all struggling for one reason or another the time we have had to give to our family is unmeasurable 💯

In twenty years time...
People will not ask the children of 2020 if they caught up with their studies.
They will not ask them what grades they made, despite the year off school.
They will ask them with wonder ‘what was it like?’
They will ask them ‘how did you cope?’
‘How did you feel?’
‘What do you remember of those days?”
They will listen in awe to the tales of clapping on doorsteps for the medical workers.
They will sit open-mouthed to hear of daily walks being the only life we saw and how much we missed human contact and gatherings.
They will be amazed to know about empty supermarkets, online concerts, birthdays spent on a screen and a life lived inside.

They will listen, then sit back with amazement and say, ‘Wow. You went through so much.’

So think about what you would like your children to take away from this whole year.
Tell them they are not behind.
Tell them they are not missing out.
Tell them they are extremely special indeed and they will be forever made stronger by this unique time.
Tell them catching up is not even a thing because they have grown so much in so many other ways.

Remind them too of the fun stuff, the family jigsaws, the window rainbows, the zoom bingo.
The feeling of safety and togetherness amidst the chaos.

Let them take that thought with them through life.
Change the narrative now and it will travel far.

Tell the children they are not behind.
They are special.

They are special.

There are lots of families looking for long/short term solutions with their childcare and schooling.

Each position is different as we take pride in providing bespoke packages to our families as no two families are the same.

Please note: - Only apply if you have experience.

What are we looking for?

Basic experience - You have some experience as a babysitter or working in an after-school club or similar.

Professional experience - You’ve worked as a teacher, teaching assistant, nursery worker, nanny, childminder, lunchtime assistant, or similar childcare roles.

✅ Clean police check
✅ Permitted to work in Cyprus
✅ Fantastic reference
✅ A driving license is a bonus
✅ First aid certificate is a bonus
✅ A second language is a bonus though not always needed.

Your rate is based on the length of your experience and the roles you have had previously.
