One my favourite 6 Week YES 6 WEEK transformations .

My client followed my diet & nutrition plan alongside personal training once a week.

The remainder the week I gave her a schedule to keep to at her gym.

Anything really is possible if you want it bad enough.

She was mentally prepared to work for it in prep for an upcoming holiday .

She wanted to look and feel fantastic and she sure did and still does !

Biggest problem with people is in their mind they are not mentally ready for the change and as such they fail.

Thats where PTs step in . You are accountable but if you fail I have .

My Client didn't need to lose weight she had a healthy BMI but she needed toned and definition which is my Speciality for women ! xx

In my group sessions :-

Numbers are kept low so each person attending gets individual attention. So it's basically PT with more people.

Beginners to advanced are catered for in each session.

Form is key to prevent injuries . You will be corrected if you do not perform exercises with the correct posture or technique.

You WILL get results that is guaranteed ! 👇

Essential to book a place prior to attending . I can't accept drop ins unfortunately as I have make sure have enough equipment .

Finally you will feel amazing happy endorphins from training outside last for days . All this for just €10 a session.

What amazing progress in such a short space of time .

Liz looks absoloutly amazing in swimwear having changed body shape and toned in such a short space of time .

This is not for short term gains it's a lifelong process . Cardiovascular , strength & endurance capabilities have doubled in just under 2 months.

**Amy has took part in a pre Christmas 6 week transformation.

**We are only 4 weeks in and she’s lost just under 1 stone!!!!!

**Inches have disappeared from her legs and stomach area.

**Strength is also on point with huge improvements in pull ups and press ups

My amazing client update 8 weeks in 2 stone lost already. Inches disappeared of her shoulders, arms , waist and legs.
