After three years, another Differential Geometry and its Applications (DGA) Conference was held at the Faculty of Science, UHK.
The topic of differential geometry is in the interest of the Faculty of Scinece, UHK; the Department of Mathematics has a significant group of scientists who focus their research on this topic.

The International Mathematical Conference Differential Geometry and its Applications held again at the Faculty of Science UHK - University of Hradec Králové After three years, on 17-22 July 2022, another Differential Geometry and its Applications (DGA) Conference was held at the Faculty of Science, UHK. The conference was attended by almost 120 participants.

Even the summer time at the Faculty of Science did not stand idle. From 13 July until 13 August 2022 the faculty classrooms were filled with forty students from countries worldwide. There were students from neighboring Slovakia, Great Britain, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Greece, Lithuania, Ukraine or China.

We hope everyone enjoyed their summer and we hope to see you again! ☀️

Professor Kamil Musílek has been chosen as the only Czech to participate in the first year of the European Crucible international programme.
This programme has been based on already existing successful British-Scottish Crucible programme with the aim to connect prominent scientific personalities from various research institutions in Europe and to help them establish new interdisciplinary collaborations.
