The trilogy of the Medieval German Series is coming to it's finale, tommorow at 10:30 EST! 🇩🇪
..and with probably the most charming stop of them all. Bamberg differs from Rothenburg and Nuremberg in a way that it wasn't an indepdent city, but a capital of a small but important bishopric, and it was ruled by the clergy. It is nicknamed "Franconian Rome" as it also is surrounded with 7 hills and churches on their tops. It particular, the incredible Bamberg Cathedral from the 11th, 12th and 13th centuries.

The 2nd show of the Medieval German Series is coming ommorow at 10:30 EST! 🇩🇪
Whilst Aachen was the ancient city where Kings of the Holy Roman Empire were coronated, medieval Germany never really had a capital city in the true sense. The closest to it was maybe the Free Imperial City of Nuremberg, where Emperors were elected and where they were facing the Imperial Diet, the assembly of all the local rulers of Empire. See the beautiful churches and monuments of this medieval metropolis, hear their backstory! The Franconian journey continues!

This Sunday, I'm returning back to virtual tours on !
Find out about one of the main reasons behind my hiatus - setting up an office in a beautiful old Prague house in the historical city center.
Together, we will tour this House at the Golden Melon and find out about the rich history of what happened within these walls across the 800 years of its existence, and also how these walls came together to form the building into what it is today - which is a more fascinating story then you might think.

See you on the show! ✌
The final episode of the Baroque Series visits the Prague Loreto, a memorable franchise of an Italian Pilgrimage Site. Although there are many versions of the House of the Virgin to be found across the world, the Prague one is an incredible showcase of all the stages of Baroque architecture, art and design.
Premiere as always on Thursday at 8pm EDT, rerun on Sunday 12pm EDT. Come over to BeamZ and make a reservation so that you don't miss it! Link in Bio.
Arguably the 2nd most beautiful church in Prague, right after the Cathedral. St. Nicholas on the Little Side is an absolute masterpiece of late Baroque architecture. Explore it with me on the 3rd episode of the Prague Baroque Series, a quartet of virtual tours on .
This Thursday at 8pm EST, rerun on the next Sunday 12pm EST as always, reserve your seat clicking on the shop-on-website button.
⚠️WEDNESDAY instead of THURSDAY⚠️
This weeks 2nd episode of the Prague Baroque Series premieres on a Wednesday instead of the regular Thursday! Same time though, 8pm EST and same time of the rerun on Sunday.
We are going to virtually visit the Clementinum, the humongous Jesuit University Complex right next to the Charles Bridge. Virtually touring not just places the regular tours go, but also some of the historically precious interiors which are in use by the Czech National Library.

On Sunday morning (12pm EST), there is the rerun of the final episode of the virtual Prague Gothic Series on . What a ride! I had so much fun figuring out how to do virtual tours from a studio enviroment. Thanks to everybody who supported me through the process. Meanwhile, the Prague Baroque Series already started, but if you haven't had a chance to see this one, I most cordially invite you to the 14th century Charles Bridge! :-)
Reserve your seat on this free tour, shop-on-website.
Tonight, I am beginning the new Prague Baroque Series on . The four part Season 1 is all about religious orders and their spirituality in the era of re-catholisation. 1st episode focuses on the breathtaking Strahov monastery with its famous library. If you miss this, there's one more chance on Sunday 13th, but this is it.
Get your virtual ticket now, shop-on-website.
The third show of the Prague Gothic Series on BeamZ is about this little clock of ours, 612 years old and still rocking about 75% of its original parts.✌️ Get to understand the pinnacle of medieval technology, hear the beatiful moral of its artwork, see details you would never see on a regular tour. Also, reprise of the Prague Castle show on Sunday, 12pm Eastern Time! Reserve your spot now (click Shop-On-Website).
Tonight, 8pm Eastern time, I'm doing a virtual tour of Prague Castle on BeamZ! After doing the St. Vitus cathedral last time, I'm utilizing the possibilities of a studio enviroment for the second time, I'm going to make you see and understand the biggest castle in the world in a completely different light.
Reserve your spot for the 2nd episode of the Prague Gothic Series (click Shop-On-Website) or just look at these awesome late Gothic ceiling.
Also, reprise of the Cathedral episode on Sunday 12pm Eastern time.
The ground plan and the hypothetical reconstruction of the work of French architect Mathieu d'Arras on the St. Vitus cathedral in Prague. And his bust, created by his followers decades later in the cathedral. // Today, I have spent ridiculous and absolutely unnecessary time creating the virtual tour of the cathedral, and the two graphics here had a lot to do with it. I know I shouldn't, but I just can't help myself. Prague will always be a mine to me, and digging through the vast masses of data in libraries and on the internet will always be my biggest reward. If you are enabling this by coming to and paying for my tours, thank you for making this a job.
