Vzácná návštěva u nás 💚 Měli jsme tu čest přivítat Patrika Grand, destiléra absinthu z Val-de-Travers a zakladatele značky Grand.

Bohužel, jeho unikátní absinth není možné zakoupit, protože produkce je natolik malá, že se distribuuje výhradně na švýcarský trh.

Which absinthe will you choose for your next adventure? 🍸

Third limited edition 🌿🌿🌿 Absinth Nymph 3 for the Absintherie. This absinthe was distilled in France, at La Semilla distillery by François Aymonier himself. His Absinthe Azteque is specific for the addition of chilli and cocoa bean skins to its base ingredients. We have further aged this absinthe in a burnt oak barrel, originally used for ageing of Absinth Nymph 2, which had been sitting there for 3 years. Absinth Nymph 2 was distilled in Couvet, Switzerland by Claude-Alain Bugnon. So there is a joining of two strongest absinthe countries of origin.

For Nymph 3, we wanted to preserve the exotic taste of Absinthe Azteque and add a light barrel touch. We achieved the desired taste after a year and a half of ageing. The Absinthe gained a light touch of vanilla and woodiness.

Only 200 litres of this absinthe were produced, and were bottled in 0.5 L bottles. Thus, we can offer 400 bottles of this excellent absinthe. You can taste it exclusively in our bar and also buy a bottle here. As always, the price per bottle will rise according to the number of sold-out units.

💚 Why Nymph? 💚
We were inspired by the Czech fairy, “Rusalka” - the so called nymph. It’s a romantic fairytale opera by one of our most famous composers, Antonin Dvorak. It is a gem of Czech opera, premiered in 1901 at the Czech National Theatre.
