Black and white simply works in Africa. Here are some portraits and shots I took mainly in Serengeti NP and during the Mara River crossing. Cannot wait to be back again!
Who wants to join us next year? :)
We have just returned from our Tanzania Photo Tour and it was an incredible adventure again. We were fortunate with great weather and light conditions throughout the entire trip, witnessed two wildebeest river crossings in one day, and took countless shots of all the iconic cats and other wildlife that call the Serengeti home. Thanks to all the fantastic participants and partners!
What I love about South Moravia is that we always find on our workshops some new perspectives and places, either with cameras or drones. The land also looks each season so different and we never return with the same results.
Btw we have one last spot left for October turn. Who will join us?

Sharing some shots from our recent Lofoten photo workshop. This time, the weather allowed us to fly drones each day so I hope I will cut and post some video soon ;). The group was fantastic and thanks also to our partners Vallerret Photography Gloves and NiSi EU
Just a few last spots are available for our Czechia Photo Tour in April and October 2024. Embark on a unique photo experience in the heart of Europe with us!

This is a chance to capture the true essence of Czechia, from the enchanting streets of Prague through the rolling hills of South Moravia to the Sandstone Mountains and charming medieval towns.
Hello everybody, we have great news for you as we are announcing the Tanzania Photo Tour – Great Migration in August 2024. Some participants were pre-registered long before and we have the last 3 spots available for this unforgettable wildlife experience.
Prepare yourself for a shooting spree beyond your imagination. Families of lions, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, vultures, and elephants await us in Serengeti National Park, Arusha, and Ngorongoro.
We will also frame the raw emotion and drama of the Great Migration when thousands of wildebeests and zebras are crossing the dangerous Mara River full of massive Nile crocodiles.
Check out the workshop details and contact us if you want to grab the last spots!

Hey fellow photographers, two spots opened up for our Lofoten Photo Tour, February 8 – 15 2024. Get the $300 last-minute discount and join our very small group. We will again chase the Northern Lights and create stunning portfolio shots. For more info leave us a message.
Sharing a few shots from our trip to South Italy – mostly between Monopoli, Polignano, Alberobello and Matera. We didn’t have much time but made some drone and camera shots :). I have visited many ancient cities in the past but Matera was really a blast for me. It’s not just a place where the last Bond was filmed, it’s one of the oldest continuously inhabited towns in the world, dates back to Paleolithic period. The narrow streets and crooked paths make Matera look as if it is a labyrinth built in a pyramidal system. Incredibly photogenic place.. I wish we stayed there longer than one day. Might be an inspiration if you don't know where else to go in Europe ;)
Another great Czechia Photo Tour is behind us and I want to thank all participants for joining us :). Even if autumn arrived a bit later this year we were pleased with beautiful colors and great light. Thanks also to our partners Vallerret Photography Gloves and NiSi EU.
One last spot opened up for our small group Iceland Photo Workshop in November 2023 led by Pedro Kin. Who will join this unforgettable adventure? :)
Despite the weather which is actually very variable this year we were fortunate with really great moments on our April Czechia Photo Tour :). Thank you to all participants, you were awesome. The October turn is sold out but you are very welcome to our spring and autumn workshops in 2024!
This beautiful ancient forest in Madeira was on my wish list for some time. I have been in Fanal several times during the week but had no luck with misty conditions. Well, it’s actually not mist but clouds since the place is located 1200+ meters above sea level. At least I had time to prepare some compositions because when heavy clouds arrive the place is not easy for orientation. On the last day, I was lucky for 2 hours until it started raining. I must admit that the place was truly fantastic full of fairy atmosphere as the trees are often older than 500 years growing sometimes into bizarre shapes. This is simply a paradise for photographers ;)
So excited to lead again our Czechia Photo Workshop after an incredibly long two covid years. We had all kinds of weather from snow in the highlands to sunny days in South Moravia. Cannot wait to start a second spring turn just in one week!
We want to wish all our partners, clients, and friends a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Just like the fox in the picture, we look promisingly to the upcoming year 2021 with a belief that we all will be doing again everything we love :)
Misty autumn morning in Prague

Unfortunately, the situation with Covid-19 is heavily influencing the travel industry and no one knows how long it may take. Especially outgoing tourism doesn’t have ideal position as it might be affected much longer than other segments.
We are so glad that we could organize at least two unforgettable photo tours at the beginning of this year. The guides and all our participants enjoyed Lofoten and Myanmar A LOT. Thank you for all the super positive testimonials you left on our website! Now we must only hope that the situation will improve so that we can do our job again the best we can. Our team is still working hard, preparing new workshops and products (Already offering 10 awesome tours) because we cannot wait to see again the smile on your face after you take with us your next portfolio shot! :)
I didn’t share here images from Myanmar Photo Tour yet so here is a selection of what we experienced and captured in this beautiful country with our participants.

Thanks a lot also for cooperation and organization help Jan Miřacký, Dominika Bišofová, Ye Win Nyunt Inle, Aung Kyaw Oo Nyu
We are now back home from our Myanmar Photo Tour and I finally found time to process some pictures from this trip. The opportunities for our group were unbelievable and definitely exceeded our expectations. It never happened to me before to take over 4000 pictures at one destination. Not even in Africa haha :D. I wanna thank all our tour participants. We spent very intensively 10 days in Burma, had lots of fun and took truly outstanding imagery. More will come soon ;)

Another example of minimalistic composition I like in photography. I always tell my students to focus only on their subject and help to tell the sorry and express the atmosphere with its surroundings. At the same time, anything that is distracting and doesn't belong to their idea should be cropped as it takes unwanted attention.
Thank the prolonged sunrise and sunset we always had great and colorful light conditions (well, if it wasn't rainy :D). In this time of the year, there are only 3-4 hours of daylight in Lofoten so we started with sunrise and after a few moments, we realized that it's the sunset we are actually shooting now :D.
Time flies and we are back from the Arctic Circle. We would like to thank all our Lofoten Photo Tour participants – you were a really amazing group and pictures you presented at our last session were often breathtaking! The real winter conditions allowed us to capture the true atmosphere of snowy fjords, rough sea, frozen lakes and not to forget aurora dancing on the night sky. It was an unforgettable experience!
Simplicity is the key in photography.. and I can't get enough those red and yellow huts all around Lofoten as they make a perfect contrast to the snowy mountains behind. We were even lucky with the ship perfectly matching the cabin color :P.

We are having really arctic conditions on our Lofoten Photo Tour. Strong wind, snow and rain is challenging us last two days. This morning we took a couple of dramatic pictures of the famous fishing village where we are staying.. and I am pretty satisfied with the results! :)

Looking back to 2019, we can say it was truly an incredible year! We were blessed with fantastic clients and friends, spent together great time shooting on three continents, started partnerships with many inspirational people and companies, awarded in a prestigious Grand Prix of Tourism. But most of all we are excited that in the upcoming year we will bring you more unique photo expeditions and private tours! We cannot wait to kick-off the first workshop which will be in beautiful Lofoten just in two weeks!
A few pictures I had time to edit from our last Czechia Photo Tour. We had lot of fun with our group and I am looking forward to meeting the participants on our next tours:)
Just a few days after the return from Tanzania we have started our autumn colors Czechia photo workshop and yeah, even in our country we have beautiful birds :).

Buffalo Face to Face in Arusha National Park. This was the only place during the Tanzania workshop where we could freely walk and use my favorite technique to shoot from the ground so that the foreground is nicely blurred and smooth. I found a position where the buffalo is right between the two trees and was just waiting for eye contact.
Today starts our next photo workshop in Czech Republic with all the autumn colors so I didn't have much time to post process many images but some more are waiting to be published ;). Stay tuned!

One recent shot from the Ngorongoro crater. The forest was really photogenic down there. We stopped for a moment and then I saw that there is an elephant family around which may decide to walk under this beautiful arch of trees. My wish came true and here is the picture :)
