"As a Knowledge Manager at StreetScooter Research I’m working close with our team to consolidate their project experience and results. This process helps to keep the quality of our work as high as possible.⁠

Back in 2018 I joined the young and dynamic team as a mechanical engineer and developed internal processes, tools and methods for practice sharing. My position included both project work and internal work in a hybrid way. In 2020, I became a mother and StreetScooter Research gave me the opportunity upon my return in 2021 to adapt my position to my new challenge of balancing work and family.⁠
This is for me a perfect example of the living culture at SSR with the of flexibility.⁠

In collaboration with the strategy team and product management, we develop the strategy and follow a multi-step implementation. The combination of long-term strategic planning and operationalisation makes the project exciting and diverse. Among other things, this includes the ramp-up of local development teams and continuously increasing the product substance.⁠
