As part of the I AM HERE TOO project (Project No: 2023-1-MT01-KA210-SCH-000157809), participants and students with special needs visited Dream of Horses Farm. Here, they had the opportunity to interact with and feed the animals. Each student was assigned a role such as caring for the horses or interacting with other animals under the guidance of the farm owner, who explained the benefits of these activities. This hands-on experience directly connects to the science lessons on animals and the food chain; how students with special needs are actively involved in their learning. By taking on real roles, valuable skills for daily life and personal development are acquired.
