Hello hello new stationary – I am pretty happy with how this turned out in the end. Simple, monochrome, a bit playful, but tidy, well, just the way I am. Which color combination do you like best?
For my new identity I wanted to achieve an aesthetic that unified all the areas of (commissioned) design I work in, as well as provide a space for personal projects in photography or interior design.

My name is Susann Zielinski. But what is this Lilie von Grün all about? Susann is a form of the name Shoshannah, derived from the Hebrew word shoshan meaning lily – in German: Lilie. Zielinski is very common in Poland. The toponym arises from the word zielen, meaning the color green – in German: Grün.
For my new visual identity I wanted to achieve an aesthetic that unified all the areas of (commissioned) design I work in, as well as provide a space for personal projects in photography or interior design.

Experimenting with my new corporate colors. These gradients remind me of a balloon about to be popped. A tense situation, similar to the current global circumstances. It impacts our perception and thoughts and what we create in the end. The conditions gave me some time to reflect and to concentrate on my visual identity. I wanted to achieve an aesthetic that unified all the areas of (commissioned) design I work in, as well as provide a space for personal projects in photography or interior design. More to come.

There are two sides to every question #5 for Slanted issue .36 from
The photo is part 5 of my series ›There are two sides to every question‹ and was taken in Israel in 2010, showing an Arab village and a Palestinian riding a horse on the border between the two territories. When I lived in Israel, I was impressed and at the same time moved by the incredible number of cultures that live here in a very limited space, but which make life difficult for each other.
This photo represents the coexistence of people of different origins, religion and political convictions as well as man’s intervention in nature and her response. Then as now, existing problems frustrate and climate change makes life in the Middle East more difficult. The solution is still a long way off.
I am happy to be part of this and to share the page with and .gen The issue features so many fantastic creatives on more than 500 pages. Get your copy at www.slanted.de

The Dead Sea – Israel, 2010
While looking through my archive I came across this photograph from almost 10 years ago. It embodies a feeling that currently moves us all. We swim in calm water and we can see the bottom. The harmonious colours and the peaceful surroundings feel pleasant. But there is no horizon, we cannot see what is there or where we are swimming to. Uncertain times are ahead. This photo has always been for me a symbol for all my new beginnings, the past and the forthcoming ones. From now on it will also remind me of the time in spring 2020. A time when I was so grateful for all the opportunities I have, despite the crisis and the limitations. A time in which I have learned even more. A time when the future remains unpredictable more than ever. This photo will probably accompany me all my life, and always trigger mixed feelings.
