Archives Monday: Rare Steel-Toe Engineer 2269! Our most recent addition to our collection is this absolutely beautiful 2269 Engineer Boot that comes with a steeltoe and a Neoprene Cord sole with stacked & curved heel! The leather is called „Chocolate Chrome“ and that hue hasn’t been used much in the Heritage Collection. We only know of a Round Toe with style number 8134 that also carried that tone! Furthermore, this 2269 was predominantly available in Japan, but has been discontinued completely many years ago!

Archives Monday: Insulated 202 9-Inch Moc Toe from 1959! This very rare style was launched back in 1957, but with a different sole as the initial model had a leather-based bottom. This 1959 variant comes with a Traction Tred Crepe including a slight heel and a storm welt. Furthermore this heavy-duty boot has a full leather lining for additional insulation and also comes with an extra wool insole. The leather type goes by the name of Brown Oil-Treated Chrome and is advertised as water-proof! A very cool piece in our archive that sets itself apart from all other Irish Setters from that era.
