WE all know that oatmeal is a healthy food but I know most of you think that oatmeal is simply boring and dosen't have much taste.
I have a recipe here to share with you and I promise you that you will start looking forward to breakfast.
Don't forget that oatmeal is a slow digestive carbohydrate that will give your body energy for few hours after you eat it
Here it is!
Ricotta and Fig Oatmeal
Ingredients:
Quick cooking rolled oats, 1/3 cup
Water, 1/3 cup
Dried figs, 1 oz.
Ricotta cheese, 1 tbsp
Stevia, 1 tbsp
How to prepare it:
Place dried figs in a bowl.
Add ricotta cheese.
Top with warm oatmeal, and serve.
Nutrition Facts:
Serving size: 1 bowl
Recipe yields: 1 serving
Calories: 242
Fat: 4 g
Carbs: 46 g
Protein: 8 g

Prone incline spider curls is a great bicep exercise.
I do this one as part of a super set or tri-set.
Curling both arms increases difficulty so Make sure to fully extend the arms on the lower position and fully contract the muscle on the shortened position.
The descending phase should be slow and controlled.

Hello everyone!
I have a great recipe I wanted to share with you. It's healthy and tasty.

Lean Beef Enchiladas
Ingredients
93% lean ground beef, 2 lbs.
Onion, chopped, 1 cup
Bell pepper, chopped, 1 cup
Garlic, minced, 2 cloves
Ground cumin, 1 tsp
Smoked paprika, 1 tsp
Black pepper, 1/2 tsp
Mild red enchilada sauce, 1 can (15 oz.)
Corn tortillas, 16
Reduced-fat Mexican cheese, 1-1/2 cups
Fresh cilantro, chopped, 1/4 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 9x13 casserole dish or baking pan.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spatula.
Drain fat and add onion, garlic, and peppers. Sauté until onion is translucent and garlic is fragrant.
Season beef with cumin, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel, then heat in microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Pour enchilada sauce into one medium bowl and shredded cheese into another.
Dip a warm tortilla in enchilada sauce, and set in casserole dish.
Fill tortilla with 3 tablespoons of beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of cheese.
Roll up and arrange in corner of dish, seam side down. Repeat with all tortillas and beef.
Pour remaining sauce over the enchiladas in pan. Sprinkle the tops evenly with remaining cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!

Fat: 7 g
Carbs: 13 g
Protein: 16 g
